We actively participated in the events leading up to the 6th EU–CELAC Academic Summit, held at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. We accepted the invitation of the Permanent Academic Forum for Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union (FAP ALC–EU) to take part in key thematic sessions on Higher Education and Territorial Integration.

Together with partners such as The Millennium Project, Prospektiker and MONDRAGON Corporation, our representatives—including Iñigo Albizuri and Ibon Zugasti—worked on how to overcome geographical and social inequalities in the face of future challenges.

Our main focus was to highlight the role of businesses and the Social Economy in reducing inequalities. The event concluded successfully, highlighting the need to “design the future through cooperation and the Social Economy for social transformation,” as we explained during the sessions alongside experts such as Luz Martha Melo Rodrigues and Rubén Garrido-Yserte.
