“Promoting Inclusion in Businesses Across Gipuzkoa” is the name of the event organised by ASETT in partnership with GUREAK, which aimed to encourage the development of inclusion plans, create new opportunities and build more inclusive workplaces.

The event brought together businesses, cooperatives, social organisations and public institutions for a shared forum of discussion and learning on inclusion within Social Economy organisations.

The roundtable featured representatives from Eroski, ULMA, Viralgen and GUREAK, who shared practical experiences and good practices in people management, talent development and workplace inclusion within their organisations.

Representatives from organisations including Copreci, Danobat Group, Danobat, MUBIL, Laboral Kutxa, LKS, Krean, Arizmendi Ikastola, Katealegaia, Irizar, ASLE and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa also took part, creating a collaborative space for dialogue between businesses, social organisations and public authorities.

At ASETT, we support complex transformation processes that require collaboration across sectors, the generation of applied knowledge and the ability to scale successful initiatives. Our role is to facilitate partnerships, promote collective learning and help ensure that initiatives with strong potential can be consolidated, replicated and generate impact in other contexts.

This initiative forms part of ASETT’s commitment to promoting pilot projects that generate practical learning and contribute to the development of more inclusive, connected and people-centred economic models.
